Micro-percussion identification

The technology of marking by micro-percussion allows a permanent marking on medical devices and do not damage the layer of passivation.

This marking system is easy to use in hospital. An integrated pointer assists the operator to place well the instrument and a proofreading system allows the operator to verify the quality of the code.

Our solution of marking by micro-percussion includes all the equipment and the specialized programs necessary to proceed to the unique identification of your medical devices:

A micro-percussion marking machine;
A 3rd generation microcode reader;
Marking assistance tools and specific hospital field marking programs.

RFID

The identification by radio frequency (RFID) technology allows to memorize information and to access remotely to the data with sensors.

RFID Microchip can be incorporated into the object which you wish to track and follow. Every microchip contains a unique tamper-resistant code called identification tag. Furthermore, most of microchips have a blank memory which allows to register data such as a serial number and expiry date.

Our RFID identification solution includes all the specialized programs and equipment’s necessary to proceed to the unique identification of all the various products and objects you wish to track and follow (medical devices, tools, machines…).

Serialization plate and stick-on label

The serialization attributed to an individual article can also be printed on a stick-on label or on a large variety of identification plate. The size of the identification plate or stick-on label is chosen and adapted to the dimensions of the product to be identified.

Laser marking

The laser marking solution is not as well permanent as the micro-percussion and we recommend its use for the generic identification such as the identification of the hospital or the care unite.
